CVBA turns 50

👉🏻 19th April 2023 👈🏻

The CVBA is 50 this year and we’d like to celebrate with you!

On Wednesday 19th April, Chess Valley Bridleways Association celebrated it’s 50th birthday. We already had our AGM arranged so we thought it would be a great excuse to also have a little party to celebrate the milestone.

Dallings & Co provided the amazing food and drink for the night, and 112 Occasions provided our decorations and our delicious cake was made by Amanda Goldie from The Meringue Shop.

It was so lovely to see over 60 supporters of the CVBA, which included past, present and soon to be members, ex-committee members, and some of our land owners who without them we wouldn’t be able to provide safe paths in the area.

For 50 years CVBA have relied upon generous land owners who allow us to use sections of their land enabling horse riders to keep off the roads keeping all road users safe and volunteers who give their time to ensure these tracks are kept clear and all members informed of any hazards. That said the rabbits are outsmarting us at the minute and insist on digging their holes on our tracks.

So, a big thank you to all who showed up and all of our supporters past, present and new.
